This year, The Holiday Inn will celebrate its first 50 years serving the guests of Athens, Georgia. Since we’ve opened, our guests have made countless memories right here at our downtown location and we want to hear about them!
Send us your stories and/or your pictures and tell us about your memorable moments made here at the Holiday Inn in Athens! Maybe it was a wedding, a conference, a graduation, a football game or just a great weekend spent in the Classic City – any moment in the past 50 years that is special and memorable to you.
As a thanks for a great first 50 years, the Benson family will pick the 5 best stories and treat the winners to a game weekend in Athens November 26-27, the weekend of the big game vs. that engineering school from Atlanta! Each winner will receive a Friday and Saturday night stay at the newly renovated Holiday Inn, the closest hotel to the stadium, PLUS a pair of the Benson family’s personal tickets. The grand prize winner will even receive a pair of suite tickets to the game!!!
